Our 30 foot (10 meter) Morel Icon on its own ... Island!  Some folks have asked us ... "How'd ya grow'em that BIG?  (referring to the 30 foot morel) ... Really!!!

We have some folks who will argue ... very pointedly ... "That Morels come up over night."  ... Even after we show them pictures of baby morels (on the next page).

We enjoy people.  When we hear these two things ... we tell them "Well you know ... if they grow 30 foot tall ... and if they come up over night.  If you hear the ground rumbling ... RUN!"

The FreshMorels' Icon is visible from 4 lane highway 71 about 3 miles north of Nevada Missouri.  We have had people that were south bound ... cross the median ... cross the north bound lanes ... even cross the ditch (purposefully dugout so that it can not be crossed.)  ... just to come see us.  They only way we know that they did this is they told us while asking if there is an easier way to get back out to the highway ... We thought we were MOREL LOVERS!

The Highly Prized eXoTIC Morel

Hopefully, you know what Morel Mushrooms are … If not, people around you do … about 50% of people are MOREL LOVERS!  Morels have an earthy, nutty, beefy, delicate, creamy, eXoTIC flavor all their own.  Initially you get the flavor people enjoy ... then in about 3-5 seconds, you'll get "The (delicate) Euphoric Taste ... that MOREL LOVERS ... LOVE!"   

Morels and truffles (not the chocolate type) are the two most sought after fungi on the globe ... since we have worked with those two for over 25 years  ... I guess that makes us  “FUN GUYS (fungi s)" ... sorry!
